8月13日，诸侯快讯承建的温州经济技术开发区10兆瓦太阳能光伏发电国家金太阳示范工程项目顺利通过验收。

    此次验收由省财政厅、省能源局组织专家验收组，据国家金太阳光伏发电示范项目管理要求，对我司承建的10兆瓦国家金太阳示范工程项目进行验收。同时参加验收会的还有省能监办、省电力公司、温州市发改委、温州市电力局、温州市经济技术开发区经发局、温州市经济技术开发区财政局等单位。专家组对项目现场进行了详尽地考察，认真听取了我司的工作汇报，并严格逐项地审查了相关材料，最后专家组一致通过该项目的验收！

    该项目的验收标志着埃菲生能源在太阳能电站投资建设应用领域又上新台阶。同时，该项目的建成对促进温州市分布式光伏发电的推广与开发应用起到了积极的示范带动作用。

    该项目利用温州浙南粮食有限公司、浙江华峰新材料股份有限公司、浙江长城减速机有限公司、温州昌浩光伏科技有限公司、温州惠仁医药有限公司等五家企业的厂房屋顶建设太阳能电站，所发电能可就地消纳，供给企业生产、生活用电，不足部分由电网自动补充，多余电量可卖于电网，过程无需看守，自动转换。 该项目是温州市迄今为止已建成的且规模最大的集中光伏发电应用示范项目（其中温州浙南粮食有限公司4.128兆瓦电站也是浙南地区最大的单体光伏发电项目）。项目总投资约1亿元，获得国家补贴5522万元。

    整个工程已于2013年12月竣工，并已并网发电，能够为企业带来很可观的经济效益、为社会带来良好的环保效益。该项目采用“自发自用、余电上网“的模式，上、下网电量分开结算，电价执行国家相关政策。该项目建成后每年发电量可达1000万度，在25年的电站寿命期内，年平均可为企业节省电费1000万元，相比同类火力发电厂，每年可节约标煤3600吨，减少二氧化硫排放300吨，氮氧化物150吨，可减少碳粉尘排放量约2750吨。

On August 13th, 10MWp national gold sun dome PV project in Wenzhou economic and technological development zone,  built by Zhejiang EIFESUN Energy Technology Co., LTD, passed the acceptance successfully.

The acceptance of 10MWp national gold sun dome PV project was done by the expert group from provincial financial departments and provincial energy office, according to the national gold solar PV power generation demonstration project management requirements. The leaders of provincial energy inspect office, provincial electric power company, Wenzhou development and reform commission, Wenzhou electric power company, Wenzhou economic and technological development zone, other office also had been present. expert group had carried on the detailed investigation on the site of the project, listen to the our work report, and reviewed the related materials item by item, and finally the expert group agreed the project to through the acceptance unanimously

This project’s acceptance marked the EFEISUN has risen a new level in the field of Solar power investment and construction and application. Meanwhile, the completion of the project has played a positive role model driven to promote the popularization and development and application of distributed PV in Wenzhou.

This project uses 5 companys’ roofs to build the PV power station, including Wenzhou Southern Zhejiang food Co., LTD, Zhejiang Huafeng New Materials Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Great Wall Reducer Co., Ltd., Wenzhou Chang-ho Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd., Wenzhou Hui Ren Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The power produced consume by the whole building. If the power is not enough, will use the public power to replenish automatically, and if it is excessed, then will be sold to the grid. the whole process is automatic conversion, without guards. The project is the largest photovoltaic power generation demonstration projects in Wenzhou has been built so far, the total investment is about 100 million RMB, and has obtained state subsidies about 55.22 million RMB.

The whole project has been completed in December 2013, and has set up power to grid, can bring considerable economic benefits for enterprises, and good environmental benefits for the society. The project adopts the "spontaneous self-use, yu electrical access to the Internet" model, and net amount settlement separately, electricity price implementation of relevant national policy.The annual output can reach 10 million degrees, after the completion of the project in the period of the plant life of 25 years, the annual average for enterprises to save electricity, 10 million RMB, compared with the similar thermal power plant, can save coal 3600 tonnes a year, reduce sulfur dioxide emissions of 300 tons, 150 tons of nitrogen oxides, dust can reduce carbon emissions by about 2750 tons.
